TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All prices are inclusive of 10% service charge and 10% government tax.
GUEST CHECK-IN POLICY
- Guests are required to present a valid government-issued identification document upon check-in. The name on the identification must match the name listed on the reservation.
- This policy is implemented to ensure a seamless check-in process, uphold security standards, and mitigate potential fraud risks. In cases where the reservation is made under a different name, guests must provide proof of authorization, such as a confirmation email or an official authorization letter, prior to arrival. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the reservation being denied.
SAFETY BOX POLICY
- Please keep your important and valuable items in the safety box in the room for your convenience. The hotel shall not be liable for any personal belongings losses within the hotel compound.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME
- The standard check-in time is 14:00, and the standard check-out time is 12 noon.
- You can purchase early check-in or late check-out at a fee of IDR 100,000++ per hour and subject to availability
EXTRA BED POLICY
- A sofa can be made up as an extra bed only in Suite room and is available at IDR 250,000++ per night inclusive of breakfast for one person. It is limited to a maximum of one sofa bed per suite.
CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT POLICY
- Best Available Rate is the best rate available and full pre-payment is required for confirmation of booking. This rate is non-cancellation and amendment of date is not allowed.
- Flexible Rate offers great value and a level of flexibility to your booking and cancellation without penalty is allowed 48 hours in advance prior to arrival date. A cancellation fee equivalent to one night of the room charge for each room cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival date.
- For promotion/ packages/ group bookings enjoying special rate is non-refundable if you cancel and amendment of date is not allowed.
- Except where deposits have been duly paid in accordance with the above, Dialoog reserves the right to release all rooms if the requirements herein stated are not fully met within the time limit stated
- Dialoog reserves the right not to allow changes in dates of reservations and guests' name with an original booking confirmed.
- All deposits made for reservations are non-refundable and non-negotiable if cut off periods or cancellation notices are not observed
- Cancellation is not deemed accepted until Dialoog has confirmed them via written confirmation or the reservation portal
NO-SHOWS POLICY
- In the event of a No-Show, the booking will be deemed canceled immediately, and a full charge equivalent to 100% of the booking value, including room rate and tax, will be incurred for each room.
REFUND POLICY
- For bookings which are refundable, you may be eligible for either a partial or full refund if you change or cancel.
- If your booking is eligible for a refund, we usually process the refund within 14 bank business days.
- After we process your refund, it may take up to 7-10 days for your financial institution to post the credit to your account, and up to 2 billing cycles for that credit to show on your statement.
- Once we initiate your refund, we will email you a refund receipt with details regarding the refund amount, how, and when you'll get your refund.
- In general, you will be refunded in the same form of payment and currency you used when booking (minus any payment processing fees taken by the bank or credit card company).
