How do I book a room?
Simply click on “BOOKING,“ select your preferred dates and room type, and complete the payment process. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your booking is successful.

What booking information do I need to present upon arrival?
Please provide your booking reference number and a valid ID matching the reservation. If this is your first stay, we will take care of the rest.

Can I book a room for someone else and pay with my own credit card?
Yes, this is possible. Please ensure the booking is made under the guest's name.

Can I check in if the booking is under someone else's name?
Only the person whose name appears on the booking confirmation and presents a valid ID will be permitted to check in.

If I book one room for two people, do I need to provide both names?
No, only one name is required.

In what currency do I pay for my stay?
All payments are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

What are the check-in and check-out times?
The standard check-in time is 14:00, and check-out is 12:00 noon.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Please let us know your preference, and we will be happy to assist.

Can I cancel my booking?
If you have selected our Flexible Rate, you may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before your check-in date.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment methods, ensuring a smooth and secure transaction.

I made my booking through an online travel agent (OTA) but can't travel at the moment. Can I reschedule my stay?
All requests to reschedule a stay must be made directly to the OTA with whom you made the booking. The OTA will then inform us accordingly and we will follow their rescheduling instructions.

How many people can each room accommodate?
- Studio & Studio Pool View can accommodate 2 adults. Children under 6 years old may share the existing bed with their parents.
- Duplex & Duplex with Private Pool can accommodate 2 adults. Children under 6 years old may share the existing bed with their parents.
- Deluxe 2-Bedroom & Deluxe 2-Bedroom with Private Pool can accommodate 3 adults. Children under 6 years old may share the existing bed with their parents.
- Family 3-Bedroom & Family 3-Bedroom with Private Pool can accommodate 4 adults. Children under 6 years old may share the existing bed with their parents.

No, extra beds are not available.

For older children, we recommend booking a Family 3-Bedroom for four guests or reserving two rooms for added comfort. Children under 6 years old may share the existing bed with their parents.
