Reservation

  • How do I book a room?
    Simply click on “BOOKING,“ select your preferred dates and room type, and complete the payment process. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your booking is successful.
  • What booking information do I need to present upon arrival?
    Please provide your booking reference number and a valid ID matching the reservation. If this is your first stay, we will take care of the rest.
  • Can I book a room for someone else and pay with my own credit card?
    Yes, this is possible. Please ensure the booking is made under the guest's name.
  • Can I check in if the booking is under someone else's name?
    Only the person whose name appears on the booking confirmation and presents a valid ID will be permitted to check in.
  • If I book one room for two people, do I need to provide both names?
    No, only one name is required.
  • In what currency do I pay for my stay?
    All payments are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    The standard check-in time is 14:00, and check-out is 12:00 noon.
    Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Please let us know your preference, and we will be happy to assist.
  • Can I cancel my booking?
    If you have selected our Flexible Rate, you may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before your check-in date.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment methods, ensuring a smooth and secure transaction.
  • I made my booking through an online travel agent (OTA) but can't travel at the moment. Can I reschedule my stay?
    All requests to reschedule a stay must be made directly to the OTA with whom you made the booking. The OTA will then inform us accordingly and we will follow their rescheduling instructions.

  • How many people can each room accommodate?
    • Studio & Studio Pool View can accommodate 2 adults. Children under 6 years old may share the existing bed with their parents.
    • Duplex & Duplex with Private Pool can accommodate 2 adults. Children under 6 years old may share the existing bed with their parents.
    • Deluxe 2-Bedroom & Deluxe 2-Bedroom with Private Pool can accommodate 3 adults. Children under 6 years old may share the existing bed with their parents.
    • Family 3-Bedroom & Family 3-Bedroom with Private Pool can accommodate 4 adults. Children under 6 years old may share the existing bed with their parents.
